I tried just putting in additional returns without any wording, but what I get are checked check boxes with a blank input.  I'm wanting to maintain my column structure, however.   (See screen shot below and notice the checked boxes.)  Any thoughts?

    Thanks!!

    Thanks

Okay - I'll work on the form and see if it will offer the functionality that I would be looking for and knowing you can fix this problem, I'll see if it will be a good fit for the project I have in mind.

    Thanks so much,

    Veronica

We really appreciate your work and effort with Jotform.

Hopefully your issue will be fixed as soon as you provide the details as my colleage Welvin suggested.

Please get back to us after you've finished working with your form.

    Thanks.
