How do I create survey, so if someone answers no to a question, then they can submit and not answer additional questions?

One of my survey questions requires a yes or no answer.  If no is selected, I would like to direct them to the submit button and complete the survey.  If they answer yes, I would like them to finish the detailed questions and make them a requirement.  How can I do this?

If they answer no to question #5, then they can be finished, but need others who answer yes, to complete the rest of the questions.
