How do I create survey, so if someone answers no to a question, then they can submit and not answer additional questions?

Asked by poobah on June 05, 2014 at 12:54 PM

One of my survey questions requires a yes or no answer.  If no is selected, I would like to direct them to the submit button and complete the survey.  If they answer yes, I would like them to finish the detailed questions and make them a requirement.  How can I do this?

    Here is the survey:

If they answer no to question #5, then they can be finished, but need others who answer yes, to complete the rest of the questions.

    Thanks for the help!

You can accomplish that by hiding/showing the additional questions by using Conditional Logics. You can hide multiple fields/questions at once based on a previous selection, in your case Yes or No. You can find the the explained instructions to accomplish such scenarion on this guide: How to Hide or Show Multiple Fields at Once Based On a Single Conditional Entry
