working from a mac.  Is that the issue?

I'm currently reviewing the issue you've reported, but I'm having trouble retracing the steps you took to make the issue occur. Could you please provide answers to the following questions:

1) How did you attempt to create a new form (what part of the JotForm application were you looking at when you clicked edit); and

2) What language System Preference are you using with your computer (Click the Apple menu icon >> System Preferences >> Language and Region.
