I have application form on my website. Sometimes people fill out form and submit it but I do not receive email notification. Today two people submited applications but I didn't receive email notifications. If I go to my account I can see them there. When I try to test form and submit fake application then I always receive it. I use the same form for number of years, and didn't didn't have this problem before. Also it is not that I do not receive all notifications, I do not receive some of them.

Your form notification doesn't have sender email so I have set it to email@example.com to prevent this kind of issue.
I would also suggest to check your gmail spam, promotions or check every section of your email tabs, some notification might end up there due to different email servers used since your form notification doesn't have sender email. Also, please submit a test submission with your actual form, just fill it and submit to confirm that it is working.
