Registration form shows on site, but when submitted, I do not receive all info

    I updated a website registration form (on jot) for my dance website.  It shows correctly on the website BUT when I get the notice in my gmail that someone has registered,  its missing any new things i added recently to that form.  I edited a form form last yr, all of last yrs field show - including parts i deleted off the current one.  

    I went into email alters thinking this should solve it - that somthing between jotform and my email is not "lined u"  - so to speak - correctly,  but Im not sure what to do.

    The link to see the online reg form is below.  When I get this form in gmail it looks like this (none of hte updates I made are showing).  If you compate this form and the form online, you will see the missing parts

    If the some of the data are missing only on the email then it is a problem with your email notification. When I check your form notification here, it seems all the tags are updated and correct so there should be no issue email issues like that.

    I can also confirm this when I cloned your form, I do received everything.

    I just want to remind you that not all fields are shown on your form by default. They are hidden thru conditions. Meaning, they don't have values if they're hidden by conditions. However, once it's shown on your form when the condition matched and filled by the user, the data should go through.


    Hope this clarifies a bit.

    By the way, I think I got what you mean.

    If you want to update your form notification so the other missing fields will be included on the email, please delete your existing notification and create a new one. That should solved it.

    Thanks guys!  

    But another issues I didnt claify with this...


    FWwhen filling our the actual form - there should be a drop down box everytime the person click a box.  Only SOME show up (no on my end but on THEIR end as they fill it out).


    If you try to fill out form here - you will see that under step 2, recreatin teams you will see that when you click on some - like TUMBLING it give you a drop down box to choose actual class.  If you click on others, like BALLET you ge tno drop down box.


    The drop down boxes are all showing in jot form.  And even on the part I recieve in my email.  But not on teh website for the user to actually choose from.
