Hello Sir,
Nice question and Yes,you can change the dropbox location where a copy of the form is been sent to.
To do that, see the following steps-
1 . Open the form which one you'll integrate with Dropbox.Click on Integration option on top then choose Dropbox Forms.
2.After authentication you'll find window ' Dropbox integration wizard' window.Select your destination folder.See the following example-
Check your Folder on Dropbox, submissioins will be there already.
If you need further assistance in this query, please get back to us.

Hi, Thanks for getting back to me. I see they automatically get saved in the dropbox root folder. Is there anyway of getting them saved in a subfolder on dropbox? I have a shared folder in our dropbox which i would like other staff to have acess to the jotform files when they are submitted. I do not believe it is possible to share more than 1 dropbox folder with others.

Hi,
Just like what Jim showed in his example, you can set the dropbox root folder name. Just select -user defined- from the dropdown box, another field will show right below that, type the name of the folder where you want the JotForm submissions to be uploaded. Click next. Done.
