I have created a custom URL as an optional way of using the form here http://www.wea.org.gg/wea/Enrol_Online.html but I keep getting a 404 error.
I put the link up because in some browsers the submit button is sometimes cut off.
I have tried so many different ways with the custom url so many times I think I have lost the original link name or number...
Can anyone assist please.

There seems to be a discrepency between the last part of the custom URL in your page's source and what has been entered in the Custom URL section of the Embed Form Wizard. According to what I see in the Custom URL text box, the form's address is https://www.jotform.com/corinnebible/WEAenrol but the URL I see in the source of your page is https://www.jotform.com/corinnebible/WEA which returns a 404 error, as expected.
Am I missing something here? My apologies if I have. Please rephrase your question in some manner.

Ah! I think that was the problem...I have altered the URL now, and hopefully that will solve the issue.
Thanks for the response. Much appreciated.
