Hello - Do you have a option for a form that will drop-down when a button is clicked?
In other words, if a person were to click on this button,
I would like a multi-field form to drop down below it, like this:

The form would also need to drop-down on top of, and over anything that was originally underneth the button.Thank you in advance.

This requires a custom javascript solution.
Do you have a working site right now? Where is your button located? I or one of my colleagues will try to give you a solution.

Hello NeilVicente,
Yes, I have the button at the website below:
http://give2kids.com/car-donation-ny.htm
I have a regular JotForm on there now, and would of course remove it if the button
drop-down could work.
Thank you very much for anything you can do! -

Unfortunately,It's not possible because of javascript conflict.
However,I'm forwarding your request to our back-end developer, so that they can test it deeply and answer you as soon as possible.
Thanks for your patience.
