Trigger Zapier for Edited Submissions

 i have use a zapier connect to jotform,

i have 2 step of zapier do..

1.when customer submission in jotform, it will trigger to zapier and then, zapier connect to SMS Gateway... customer will got a message "Jotform got your submission"

this stage are work fine,,,

and step 2 ...  i need  when i update a Tracking Number (like DHL Fedex..) in submission form,

i need a jotform trigger to zapier connect SMS gateway  customer will got a message "Your Tracking Number is ......"

but i have a problem, zapier will check only "New submission"  it not check a Updated submission

How to solve this ?

Unfortunately, our Integration via Zapier currently works with "New Submission" only and I'm afraid that we don't have an option to trigger alerts for edited submissions.

Let me submit this to our developers. For now, you may consider emailing each users for the Tracking Number.

Yes, they have the same triggers - only for new submissions. I looked into Twillio and you could find logs: https://www.twilio.com/user/account/log/messages. Maybe, you could manually send the messages there. Well, I don't see an automatic option.

in jotform have widget to copy data (TRACKING)   to New form (New submission)  then trigger to zapier ?

or  can i use this option to trigger ?

Yes, when users edit their data and re-submit the form, the redirect condition will actually be met. So, they will be redirected to the URL you have specified there. 

About your question regarding connecting with Zapier when a user edits a form, we have opened a bug ticket about it. And, we will let you know when we work on it. 

Hey, for all user got my same problem

 i got solution to trigger a update submission,

you can use a jotform intrgrate with Google Docs, (it have column update function)  to triiger to zapier

when you update a jotform ---->  google docs  ---> zapier  ---> twillio
