I cannot seem to get the Google Contacts Integration to work for me. It displays as being "connected" but when I test it, I don't see a new contact in Google. I have removed integration and created a new one several times, but it hasn't solved the problem.

I have tested this on my end, and it works every time.
Have you checked google.com/contacts for the new form contacts? Are you sure you're logged in to the correct Google account?

i have double checked to be sure that I'm logged into the correct Google account. It's still not working for me. Any other suggestions for me to try?

Can you try the following settings to see if that makes any difference? I have used a cloned version of your form, and it worked on my side.
Also, please make sure that your test submission email is not already listed in Google Contacts.
