Print Form and Total Dollar Amount Not Working in Safari or Firefox or Chrome

Asked by Amy on August 16, 2011 at 05:41 PM

I have embedded my form using the iFrame code as suggested, but only in IE does the Print button or Total Dollar Amounts work from my drop down list items. In Safari and Firefox and Chrome neither of these are working.

What can I do to fix this?

    Thank you!

The idea is to use iFrame codes as opposed to Embed <> codes. Upon inspecting your site, I still can see that you're using the short Embed <> codes.

To get your form's iframe codes:

    1.  Go to Setup & Embed tab
    2.  Click Embed Form
    3.  Click iFrame

    4.  Copy the codes provided in the succeeding screen

The JavaScript in the form's Embed <> codes conflicts with the other scripts in your site, causing the different functions of your form to not work.

Please follow these steps then let us know if it helps or not. Thanks!

Awesome, thank you! It works now.

Silly me, I thought I had iframe when I was actually embedding. Sorry about that and thank you again for your prompt response.
