Hello!  I am using jotform for proposals for our conference. We had the possible presenters upload their resumes. Is there a way we can access all the uploaded resumes without having to open each submission individually and opening them one by one.

    Hi aninfinitemind

Thanks for asking. Probably the best way to do that would be to get a Dropbox account and then enable Dropbox integration. That way, all of the uploads made via that form are saved to a single folder on your computer.

For additional information, see "Where can I find the Dropbox integration" in our user guide.

Please let us know if this solution fits your requirements and if there's anything else related to your forms with which you need asistance.

    Thanks.

Sort of. What if the proposals have already been submitted. How do I get them into drop box?

Unfortunately, to my knowledge, those cannot be automatically moved into your Dropbox account. You will have to manually move them there: Download them individually to your the Dropbox folder containing the other files that would have been submitted via that form.
