I'd like also to create a live link to my jot form. Is this possible? By that I mean I'd like to have a link which when you click on it, alwasy shows the most up to date version of my jot form entires (in the form of an excel file or similar). The only way I can see of doing this is by running a new report everytime someone completes a new entry. Can you please advise?

    Hello BestLittleNetwork,

You do not have to export your submissions in excel to view the updated submission data. Please be noted that you can create a report which will give you an URL and clicking on this URL will give you the updated list of submission records. There are a variety of reports type which you can take a look at it here:  http://www.jotform.com/help/chapter-6-Reports

In particular, I would suggest you to take a look at the following reports:

    http://www.jotform.com/help/209-How-to-create-an-HTML-Table-Listing-Report

    http://www.jotform.com/help/105-How-to-create-a-Grid-Listing-report

Please be noted that you can also integrate your form with google spreadsheet as well. This will also send a copy of your submission data to your integrated google spreadsgeet. The following guide should help you:  http://www.jotform.com/help/228-How-to-Integrate-Form-with-Google-Spreadsheet

    Hope this helps.

    Thank you!
