Hello,
I just sent out a mass email to our customers asking them to fill out this form, and the Submit button keeps disappearing. I'm using Chrome, and I see that other people have noted issues with this and it may be due to the length of the form in Chrome, but I can't figure out how to lengthen the form to make sure it's visible to everyone.
I've seen that it's gone before, and then I re-save it and it's fine again. Note: I did not check to see if it was missing this morning in Explorer - our email went out at 9am EST and I was trying to make sure it was working for customers first.
Thanks,
Katie

Hello,
Can you please tell us what version of chrome you were using? I tried it on version 35.0.1916.114 and was able to see the submit button.
View using chrome 35.0.1916.114:
View using IE:
If you are still unable to view the submit button try replacing your embed code with an Iframe code. Then just remove the <script>....</script> and whatever is in between, just grab the <iframe> </iframe> then adjust the height to display the button.
Here's how you can get the iframe code: https://www.jotform.com/help/148-How-to-Get-the-iFrame-Code
