    To whom this may concern,

    Last week I made the payment of about $10 on jotforms for the month of June to continue using Jotforms' services. However, today when I went to use Jotform, it informed me that I still need to make the monthly payment or else we would not have the ability to use the services anymore. I am confused because when I fulfilled the payment last week, it seemed concretely confirmed that the June payment was made and in place. As such, it seems to be a bit unessecary to require me to make the payment again if it was already initially accepted.

    Please respond ASAP as the useage of jotforms is critical.
