Thank you for asking. When a free account reaches its monthly submission limit of 100, forms will be disabled and unavailable for use by visitors. This message will be displayed when someone tries to submit a disabled form:
You can either wait for the next month when your submissions counter reset or upgrade your account to Premium or Professional to re-enable your forms.
It is possible to upgrade for a month only, but since a subscription is always recurring, you must cancel the subscription before the month ends to avoid recurring charges.
You may contact us for help with regard to upgrading and cancelling your subscription. Myself and other support team members are always eager to lend assistance whenever needed.

Question? So if I'm using you free account currently and I've created 1 form
and have only 2 submissions, let say a week form now when I actually start
business I then have the option to upgrade then to premium or professional?
or would i have to cancel that account and open a new one? can I take my
creating form over to new account?
A subscription is different from an account. You can have an account but not have a subscription, such as in a free account.
Since you're using a free account now, you can have it upgraded by purchasing a Premium or Professional subscription. There is no need to open a new account.
When you cancel the subscription, your account, including the forms and submitted data, will remain intact. Only the advantages of a paid subscription is removed, i.e., higher submissions limit.
