    Hello musecomm,

Which embed code you have used to embed your form in your web page? Please share the web page URL and we will take a look.

We will wait for your response.

    Thank you!

Hi Ashwin, Here's the link where I have embedded the form...if you open this in chrome, you'll see that the entire form does not show up

    Hello musecomm,

Please use the following iFrame embed code and see if that helps you solve your problem:

    <iframe id="JotFormIFrame" onDISABLEDload="window.parent.scrollTo(0,0)" allowtransparency="true" src="//form.jotformpro.com/form/32392769200959" frameborder="0" style="width:100%; height:1863px; border:none;" scrolling="no"></iframe>

    Hope this helps.

Do get back to us if you have any questions.

    Thank you!
