Users are filling in the form, and sometimes, when they hit the "submit" button, the form freezes and does not submit the information. This has happened many times, but not to all users. This is definitely a problem.

Hello Sir,
Please accept my apologies for the inconvenience caused to you.
Is the problem already resolved? I have checked your page URL and tested the form but I couldn't reproduce the problem.
Can you check the form once again and inform us with update ? Thanks for your patience.

About 15% of the people who hit the "submit" button experience the network hanging indefinitely. The "submit" button sends the user to a PayPal page, and it works for most folks. Is there a setting on the user's computer that somehow disables the redirection to the PayPal page?

Hi,
You have a Paypal Integration into your form and that's how it works. Once someone selected a product into the payment field, then click submit button, he/she will be redirected to the Paypal Payment Page.
I think the issue has to do on the current Javascript embed codes. I noticed it freezes up on first visit to the page, but it's working when you refresh it. I would advise to re-embed your form using our iFrame method: -Getting-the-Form-iFrame-Code. iFrame should help you resolve the issue.
If you require any further assistance, feel free to contact us.
Thanks

We used the iFrame method, and the problem still persists. It's somehow related to the settings on the users' computer: some users have found success after switching to a different computer. Any ideas?

@LivingstonRecSoccer
Thanks for adding more details.
I actually couldn't reproduce the problem here either. The form submits normally as expected.
Note that your payment field is not required therefore the user can skip it and the form won't redirect to Paypal. Did you do it in purpose? When I also tried it with payment, it all goes well. The form redirects to Paypal.
This is most probably specific to a faulty browser of the user like javascript is disabled or not working properly. The form relies on javascript so without it, most of the form features will not be able to work specially the payment redirection. I'm afraid there's no way to counter this other than asking the users to try different browser or have them check their browser javascript.
Thanks!
