Is my account upgraded and reactivated?

    Our account received an email stating: You have currently reached the limits of your account. Your forms will be disabled Wednesday at 12pm EST. I upgraded the account to the premium package and filled out all the information regarding contact and billing.


    I just want to make sure everything was good to go and that the account was up and currently running again with the new upgraded package.

    I checked your account and you currently have premium status.  There should no longer be any disabled forms as you are well under all of your current limits.  If you are still have any problems please feel free to contact us and we will look into it as soon as possible.
