Hi
I am having some issues with the complete submission of a form. we receive the notification of payment form Paypal but the form entry still stays uncomplete....
any advice?

If you received the payment, you can manually complete the submission in question from Incomplete Payments.
To avoid such issues in the future, please make sure that PayPal IPN is set to Enabled on your PayPal account:
