My emails are coming through now but blank saying (undefined) how do I fix this please??

I took a look at your form and it seems all of the fields that you would like sent in the email notification have been removed. This menu is under the "setup and embed", click on email alerts, then the specific notification you wish to alter.
To add fields that you would like to be submitted in the email, Simply click on them from the right side in the order that you would like them to appear in the email. The text area should then look similar to this depending on what fields you chose to include.
