How can I take data manually added into the Jotform submission sheet & show that in Google Sheets; eg we've added Invoice ID against every line item in the Submission sheet & we'd like to manipulate that in Google Sheets.

Secondly, why cant we extract comment type text from the Jotform form that appears in the Jotform Submissions sheet into Google Sheets?

    I await your advice,
    Thanks
    Steve

    Hello JSC,

Thank you for reaching out to Jotform Support. If you are editing the submission within the Tables page, you have two options to do so:

    • Inline edit (you just double click a cell and add a new value)
    • Edit Entry (it loads the whole submission in edit mode)

If you wish for emails and integrations to be triggered, please make sure the edit entry option.

If the issue persists even when using that option, please re-integrate Google Sheets and refrain from making manual edits within the Google Sheet as it may break the integration.

For your other query, I have to move it to a different thread to avoid confusion which can be found on this ticket #3907399. I will be assisting you further on that ticket.
