Has anyone else experienced this?
I received an email notification of a submission, but the information does not appear in the table of submissions. I don't have the form integrated with anything...there is just a link to it from our website.

It seems likely that the notification was from a form that is not in your account, probably created under a guest account.
Can you please forward the email to firstname.lastname@example.org so we can inspect its contents and aid us with the investigation of this issue? Also, kindly change the subject to "http://www.jotform.com/answers/390861" so we can easily track the email.
