I have two customers that are trying to submit a form and both are having the message "Please Wait" show for over 15 minutes.
One is using a Mac Book, and the other is using Internet Explorer 7.
Can you please help so they can send in their forms?

Have you tried embedding your form using iframe embed code? This might help.
Unfortunately, I can't inspect the form on your page as it asks a password. If iframe doesn't help, let us know the webpage password so we can access the form.

I have just submitted a question for the same issue. My customer is using a link sent directly to him by email.
