    Hi,

    We are currently having a system wide issue with viewing submissions. Our engineering team is working it and should have it resolved shortly.  All data will be restored so please don't worry.  Thank you for you patience.

    Wonderful. We need a spreadsheet of the submission in about 2 hours. Is it likely we will have them back by then?

    Looks like some is back up and some is not. At least 5 that I can see emails for are not on the spreadsheet!

    Hi,

    I have escalated your issue to our engineering team to see if they can recover your submissions.  Clearing your browser cache and restarting your browser may also help to remedy this problem as a cached version containing this mornings bug may still be being loaded.

    No one is currently on that has database access as only our CTO and CEO have this level of access.  Your issue has been escalated to both of them and they will be able to recover your submissions as soon as they can.  Unfortunately they are in a European time zone currently and may not be available.  We will have your submissions recovered as soon as we can and I am truly very sorry.
