Can I have my users upload video to be transferred to me.

Yes, you can upload video file using the form's upload field.

3. You can integrate the form to Dropbox. Refer to this guide -Upload-to-Dropbox-with-JotForm

As far as I know Dropbox have a max limit of 150 MB using its API. This means that, if you used Dropbox, you can only upload up to 150MB file size per session. You cannot upload, for example, 200MB file size in one go.
