    hello

my form has been created, and embedded into my wordpress site.  It shows up fine, however, after i fill in all the fields (even those that are required) i hit submit and it says: there are errors on the form please fix before continuing.  But there aer no empty fields nor any highlighted error?

The form is on the backend of a site under deevlopment so i dont have the public url

    Thank you for contacting us.

Do you use a Wordpress Embed Form plugin or some other embedding method?

The issue is probably caused by script conflicts between form and other scripts on the page. As a workaround, we can suggest trying an iFrame embedding option. The iFrames do not conflict with other scripts, so it should work as expected.

We can try to investigate it further, but we will need a link to the published page.

I am having a similar issue as the one mentioned above.  It is with an order form. I can leave all quantity fields on the product order form blank (a required section), complete the personal info, press submit, and it tells me there are errors on the form, but does not highlight them.  I know what the problem is, but sometimes, customers forget to insert quantities, and will not see that that is the problem.  Suggestions?
