Your account already reached the monthly limits allowed for a Free
subscription. At the moment you have 122 submissions and the
limit is 100 this is the reason why your forms are not working. The
limits will reset every first day of the month.
If you wish to have the forms working you will need to upgrade
to the Premium subscription. Once you login to JotForm you should
see an option to Upgrade at the left section of the page.
