Just recently my forms started having issues on custom tabs created through Heyo.com. They have worked for over a year fine...and now I'm having issues that Heyo.com is saying is a JotForm problem causing other widgets in the tab to break (their language, not mine). The widget broken in question? The text widget. Basically my tabs that have text and a JotForm, the text appears blank. They suggested using the iframe code, but then the JotForm appears blank. Please help, this is detrimental to my company and if I can't get this resolved, I will need to look for another service.

Hi,
I made a test submission on your form on the facebook URL you had provided here

BUT I was not able to find or encounter any issue when I did, and was able to submit the form completely.

Can you please describe to us the steps in details how to reproduce the issue you reported?
We will check on this further.

Btw, we have also updated the process in adding JotForm form to Facebook pages.
You may want also to try redoing the embedding of the form to your facebook custom tab page by using the latest method.
