remove all existing products in a template and add new products

Hi,

I love the jotform app, but I was trying to use an online store template but needed to remove all existing products and add new ones.

is there an easy way to do this? or do I have to delete each product manually?

Same for adding new products. is there a simple table/way to add my products with photos?

I thought it would be in tables, but I don't see the original data/products.

also I can't accept payment online - so I believe I should be able to disable the payment widget? so people are "reserving items" and paying on pickup? (We are selling general stuff from our house - its not a business)

Hello Ivan,

First of all, if you are to only accept orders and not payment, you would need to use a Product List field only and not integrate it with any payment processors.

In your case, I can see you are using PayPal. So you have it remove the whole PayPal field:

And replace it with a Product List field:

No need to worry about the already-created products as they'll be carried over to the Product List field. So it's not necessary to re-create them.

Now, if you want to add or remove products, unfortunately, you'll have to do it one-by-one. There's currently no option to add or remove products in bulk.
