Can you please elaborate on what it is that you're trying to sign? If you have a PDF copy and you want to sign it you'll want to go to the appropriate section of that blog article depending on the device that you're using.
If you're looking to add a signature field to your form you can add in a signature field or one of our widgets such as Adobe Sign or DocuSign to your form.
