I am still working on my new website and placed the code for both of these scripts on the bottom (footer), the top, the middle - but these keep popping up at the bottom of the page! The tab for the Feedback button is on the bottom but when clicking on it, the form opens up on the far left side. I have changed the positions, removed other scripts, but still the same. I cannot give you the URL yet as the site is not up yet, but we do locally publish the site and see the results! HELP!! Thanks in advance.
Love your products, I looked around all over the net, but your's is the best out there!

Since I cannot inspect your site and see what the cause of the problem is, I think I'll just take a wild guess.
Have you added a doctype declaration to your html page like the one below?
<!DOCTYPE html PUBLIC "-//W3C//DTD XHTML 1.1//EN" "http://www.w3.org/TR/xhtml11/DTD/xhtml11.dtd">
If not, copy and paste it onto your page's source code, just before the <html> tag.
Let us know if it helps. Otherwise, you have to upload the site somewhere - even a test page will do - so we can find out the cause of this issue and come up with a proper solution.

IT WORKS!!! My program has the doctype, but has html, NOT xhtml! That made the form to work. Thx!
