Hi,
several of our forms have suddenly been disabled (greyed out), and are no longer visible on the website where they are used.
There is nothing strange in the form, just a simple basic contact form containing 6 fields.
Thank you for your help,
John

Hello John,
Have you resolved your issue already?
I did check your account and found that all your last edited forms are already active. You do have few forms which were last edited in May but they are currently disabled. I did check few of your disabled form and none of them have any expiration date or "Submission Limits".
If you want to enable these forms, you can change the status of your form. The following guide should help you : http://www.jotform.com/help/180-How-to-Change-the-Status-of-Forms
Do get back to us if you have any questions.
Thank you!

Hello Ashwin,
Thank you for your reply. We're reactivating them one by one now, that seems to work. However we didn't touch them for some time, so no idea how they got deactivated.
Thanks !

Hello John,
We experinced a temporarily glitch on our form expiration systems.
Quickest way is re-enabling forms manually as you did. Sorry for the trouble caused to you. We're working on preventing this error in future.
Thanks for reporting us.
Have a nice day.

Could you please check your forms again? We have reverted that issue. Your forms should be enabled now.
