I checked your form and found you've received quite a few submissions via your form with the last being on 6/13/2014.

I decided to test this myself on my end and my test went through as I am unable to replicate the issue since everything on your form seems to be working normally. Please see my test screenshots below. I have also deleted it and credited the test submission back to your account.

Are you able to find out from your clients what browser|browser version they were using?

I have no idea what bowsers that they are using.  They problem that I have found that they are having is that the captcha doesn't always show up.

    Thank you for your response.

Upon checking I've just found that your form's captcha is working fine when exploring it from the form URL but not when I explore it from your website.

Have you tried yet embedding your form using IFRAME method? If not, please just give it a try.

While you are in edit mode on your Form Builder page, click ON reCaptcha button to reactivate it. See the screenshot below.

Please get back to us with updates about your query.
