Passing information to another page

I want to set up my form so that aside from sending the registration information to an email address, it also passes the info from a drop-down list to a separate payment page. From there, the user can choose paypal or another payment method (rather than being limited to one only), and the selection and cost could be passed on to paypal or whatever, as required.

Can this be done without being a html or javascript genius?
