    dear sir,

we are using jot forms to send documetns and images to our clients.  when they receive information they receive link to download the attachment/photo etc. which some times take lot of time to download.

is there any way that our client receive document/photo which we upload as attachment (or inbuilt as pdf, as the documents saves in dropbox) by email.

We do not want our client to receive form in editble format.

    Regards

    Hi Kapil,

Unfortunately, it is not possible to send uploaded files as email attachments. We also do not support it. Submission files may take some time before it will be available for download, but it shouldn't take more than a few minutes, probably around 5 minutes would be OK.

Did you integrate your form with Dropbox? If yes, would it be possible to provide to them your dropbox shared folder? I think this is the only way around here.

    Thanks!
