No messages anywhere

the form is on my website but once I fill it out the message doesnt go to my email adress... no idea what is going on, help please?

Upon checking your form's notification email alert, I found that you have not set any "Recipient Email" alert yet. Please check the screenshot below:

Please input the email address where you want to submission email to be sent. The following guide should help you:  https://www.jotform.com/help/41-Finding-out-E-mail-Address-used-for-submission-notifications

Please ensure that you also select "Sender Name" as well.
