    Dear JotForm,

I would like to make a hotel reservation form with multiple pages.

*the first form to be with a few fields: dates and persons

*second form / second page: holiday package

    etc etc

in this multiple pages I would like to have every page remember the previous selection / information of our guest.

Maybe my explanation is a little difficult, here is an example

    http://apollohotelsresorts.com/home-en/

Please can you let me know if this is possible with JotForm,

    THank you very much.

    Patricia

    Hi,

Yes this is definately possible using Jotform.  Here is the guide on how to do so:

    http://www.jotform.com/help/119-How-to-Create-Multi-Page-Forms

The form will act as one large form but will be broken down in to multiple sections.  The data will be retained from section to section as you need.

If there is anything else we can assist you with, or this wasn't what you were looking for, please let us know and we will be happy to help.

    Thank you for using Jotform!

Thank you for all your help

I actually have another question, would it be possible in the mulitple page form to have in my website page form page 1 in my home page, the second page of the page form in another tab of my website?

Or page form page 1 width 300 and page 2 and more width 1000.

Sorry maybe I am not clear in my description, please for example look at this website of the reservation hotel room:  http://apollohotelsresorts.com/home-en/

    thank you very much,

    Kind regards,

    Patricia

Unfortunately, this is something that can not be accomplished using built in form builder tools. In theory, something similar might be possible with a Form Source Code and a custom programming solution. If you are looking for some heavy modification you might be interested in hiring a programmer, one can be found at oDesk or Elance.

    Thank you.
