Quota problem

hello ,

i have very urgent question.

im tracing my link using bit.ly from benginning till now it only 65 click

but i receive only 20 form to my email

and the sad part is people cant register anymore because of quota limit

before i select this free package . jot form state 100 form fill per month

my event on next week but what happen to my participent list ,
