Required Login for Approval Workflow

Previously, we had the option to disable "required login" for approvers.

Is this option now discontinued?

It is no longer available in the approval flow and existing approvers are newly required to sign in.

Hi there,

Thank you for reaching out. This feature to disable "Require Login" for approvers has been recently removed. There have been requests that were sent to our developers to bring this feature back but we don't have an ETA of when it will be implemented.

In the meantime, you may request for the approvers to create a Free Jotform account and make sure they log in while working with the approval workflow. Having an account for the approvers will give them more access and besides, it's free.
