Can I Change the Username

would like to change user name to organization name

or can I transfer forms to a new account

Unfortunately the system would not allow us to change the name of this account unless it is set back to free and you perform re-upgrade once the changes are done. On the other hand, if you create a new account, we can move your forms to that account.
