When I try to upgrade it asks me for login details and it won't go further than username. I thought I might have forgotten my password so asked to change password and still just stalls. We need an upgrade urgently to receive more payments.

Please try this steps
1. Make sure you are already logged in to your johnbusst account at https://www.jotform.com/login
3. Click on the Upgrade button in the Pricing page of your preferred plan
4. Just follow the succeeding instructions to complete the payments.
After completing the payments, your subscription should now be upgraded.
Please inform us if you are still having difficulty upgrading your subscription.
