We have set up a webform for individuals to reach out to schedule an appointment. The form currently says there are 3 submissions. When we happened to check the form today, there is a 4th submission in there that is not being counted nor were we ever alerted to it. As a result we almost missed a meeting that was requested for tomorrow.
What is the problem here?Page URL:

I checked your account and the submissions count for one of your forms is indeed incorrect. I have submitted a bug ticket to our development team to see if they can rectify this. Thank you very much for pointing this out and we are very sorry this happened.
