The email address that my form posts to
Is that the same as my account email?
SO If I change my account email will the form submissions go there?

By default, the recipient email address of the submissions will be the same as your account email.
Changing your email address in the Account Settings Page (your account email) will not affect the recipient email address assigned in your existing forms' email notifications.
