We are looking for a form company. We need to be able to edit the results that come in through email. Is this a possibility?
We will be using the forms as a registration for events, sometimes the people signed up with need to cancel or add a person to their registration. Instead of deleting the form and re-entering are we able to just edit it??
Yes it is possible.
One solution is to create an auto-responder and adding an edit link:
This way when a user fills in the form it receives a copy of the form via email with a link that allows editing the submission. This needs to be done prior to submission, when the form is released.
If you need to edit submissions already received, the other option is you editing manually each submission in your account:
(1) Myforms > (2) select the form > (3) Submissions:
Select the submission and click edit:
After editing click submit:
