Shipping not showing

Hi

I have a form that is selling tickets with a £1 shipping cost.

The shipping shows on the Jot Form total, but when you go through to PayPal the total does not include Shipping.

Eg: 2 x adult tickets @ £12 ea + £1 shipping =£25. But PayPal only shows £24.

Please help

Hi,

Based on your Paypal Integration Settings, the Shipping Rates isn't configured.

Are you referring to the last product item with £ 1.00 GBP price? I've tested it here and it's showing fine to Paypal:

If you're referring to the Paypal Shipping Rates settings, then please make sure to configure each product item. It's currently showing a zero values.
