Does the customer go to my email to fill the form or do I direct them thru a link to jot forms iris there any other link I am suppose to use

Here's how you can get the form URL that needs to be sent to the users: https://www.jotform.com/help/401-where-to-find-my-form-url/

In addition, if the submitter don't want to register in Jotform, you can set your form to public so they don't need to create an account to access your form.
