How to fix form over quota status?

My forms say that it's out of quota... How can I fix it?

I checked the eleniserocha account and it's a Premium account. It has 1636 submissions out of 1000 monthly submissions included. This is why the form and the account are disabled. The submission counter will get reset to 0 in the beginning of the next month. As an alternative you can upgrade your account.
