I am hosting my own form because I made a number of changes to the html. I added an edit link to this form because I needed my admin to be able to edit the form before submitting. However, when the admin clicks on the edit link, it opens up the original form on jotform.com, not the one on my own server (where I made the changes to the html). Can I change this behavior? If so, how?

Unfortunately, no, you cannot change this behavior. If you notice, edit links are handled by the page form.php as in this example edit link: http://www.jotform.com/form.php?formID=11164538269&sid=16974119711220087&mode=edit
This page has a totally different structure and logic than a normal form link. Because of that, it is impossible to customize the the edit link pages.
Hope this answer clears your issue. Thank you for using JotForm!
