Configurable List Widget

Is there a way to make each row for a static field type a different name? For example:

Row 1: Medical

Row 2: Dental

Row 3: Vision

The circled box is the widget we are currently using on our form, but I wanted to see if the Configurable List Widget worked better for one of our integrations.

Thank you for reaching out to Jotform Support. If you would like to have a different fixed value on each row, such as:

• Medical
• Dental
• Vision

I have done further checking about this, Unfortunately, it is not possible within the Configurable List. However, the Input Table is perfect to achieve this goal as also shown in your screenshot.
